Nichola Ridley makes gorgeous knitted scarves and cowls under the alias Knit Frekkles. Using a combination of hand knitting and old hand-operated machines, she experiments with materials and techniques that include a mixture of modern and historical influences. With great attention to detail, each piece is truly inspired and beautifully made. She even completed her Master’s degree on a study of traditional knitting styles! Elegant and timeless, her line ranges from lightweight lacy knits to more chunky designs.
